Agricultural Economic Development
The Agricultural Economic Development program was developed on the premise
that agriculture is an important economic asset for Broome County and the
region surrounding it. To keep that asset working for our community, we
have developed resources that help local agricultural producers maximize
their ability to operate successful enterprises, as well as resources that
help consumers access fresh foods and contribute to the preservation of
the working landscapes that make our rural areas pastoral.
