Dear Exhibitor:

The 2009 Annual Conference of the National Association of Extension 4-H Agents (NAE4-HA) will be held October 25-29, 2009 in Rochester, N.Y. The conference is a unique mix of educational experiences and commercial exhibits for youth development professionals. More than 1,000 Cooperative Extension Professionals who work with 4-H Youth Development Programs across the nation are expected to attend the conference. The 4-H Program reaches 75,000 adult volunteers who work with over 7 million 4-H club members plus millions of other youth.

Youth development professionals continuously seek new and innovative resources, products, and awards to support their programs. We invite your organization to consider joining us as an exhibitor. Time is scheduled during the conference for attendees to visit with exhibitors and view booths to ensure adequate exposure of your business.

Commercial exhibits will be featured on:

Monday, October 26 from 12:00 noon – 5:00 p.m. and

Tuesday, October 27 from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Exhibit set up time will be Sunday, October 25 from noon until 5:30 p.m. and

Monday, October 26 from 7:00 AM to noon

The registration cost for an 8 ft. x 10 ft. exhibit space for commercial vendors is $850 and for non-profit organizations $450. For all registrations, corner booths providing additional exhibitor space will be an additional $100. Each exhibit space rental includes one boxed lunch on Tuesday, October 27. Complete shipping and service information kits will be sent to exhibitors in advance by our Show Decorator.
